Why do you have a question mark after "Character assassinations" ?
just questioning the tactics - it is already happening with character assassination, so I guess it isn't a question.
Does anyone know what the judgement was for that one witness who questioned which body had more legal weight? The house subpoena to testify or the WH instructing people not to testify? Is it considered on a case by case basis?
I don't think they've made a ruling on that yet. I guess depending on how the decision is worded, it could apply to all future cases. Or not.
Transcripts are starting to get released - Here's the full text of Yovanovitch's testimony:

This interview highlights a key point of contention that Lutsenko claimed in regards to Yovanovitch.
So - you again have to wonder - why Trump trusts intel from foreign governments over our own ambassador in this case. They said she gave them a "do-no-prosecute" list. She says she didn't. Who should we believe? The transcript is looking bad for Rudy.
Rudy Giuliani will be the recipient of a presidential pardon within the next six months. Trump values loyalty above all and Rudy has been willing to sacrifice all of his remaining integrity to stay loyal to the Donald.

Comment I read last night: "In the news tonight: Kentucky, Virginia, and Sondland flip."
Volker's testimony:
At the moment - this is the only testimony that republicans are using to make their case.

"Ms. Cooper, we apologize to you for the 5-houn delay as a result of some unauthorized Republican Members being present, but we appreciate that you are here today and that you waited to take your
testimony."
This was the witness on the day the frat boys barged in and ordered pizza.

Republicans have come of of the hearing (Some of who complained they weren't allowed in the room previously) complaining that Schiff did not allow questions. They're trying to expose the whistle blower obviously.
