Trump coming to Wildwood on Jan 28

Ok so your POV is that you are using "moral decay", "stains", "smell", "$5000 for sanitization" and "infested" as mere metaphors against those with whom you disagree.   This interpretation of your POV is based on the figurative "stains" left from "moral decay."

Maybe, I am wrong and you literally mean that the Trumpkins are best described by: "moral decay", "stains", "smell", "$5000 for sanitization" and "infested".

I am still trying to understand your POV.  Let me know if I am getting warm.

Would you characterize your views as a disagreement with White supremacists and Nazis?

Linking Nazies and white supremacists to political discussion in a neighborhood chat room is a perfect example of hate rage. Just push a button...

Actually, it's a significant portion of Trump's target for these rallies.

It's better to link them with your political leader when he thinks some of them are decent, nice people? Why don't you go to Wildwood and see for yourself what hate and rage really is?... you are pathetic.

Crowd cheers as Trump lies to them.  No, Mexico isn't paying for the freakin' wall (as its former President has said, although with a stronger word for "freakin' ")

Astounding.  Our own little "good German".

I do not support Trump.  I do not support the riff-raff that you have described above.  My disagreement with Klinker was based on Klinker's absolute writing off of a substantial portion of the US citizenry.

Why are you attempting to interject the above described riff-raff into the discussion?

Being ok with White supremacists and Nazis is the price of admission to today's Republican Party.

Why don’t you actually answer the question for a change.

Is this like your prior allegation that Dennis Prager is a pedophile (I am paraphrasing your prior MOL allegation/posting)?

A mere metaphor to describe DP, or DP is actually a pedophile?

My recollection is that in Klinker's prior MOL posting about Prager,  you (Klinker) ultimately claimed that your labeling of Dennis Prager as a pedophile was a mere metaphor (please correct me if I misunderstood your POV).

Question that you asked was answered above at 8:29AM.  See my third sentence quoted above.

 Why inject Riff Raff?

I just read an article about the rally last night. Attendees stating (with outrage) that the Republicans were not allowed to cross examine witnesses and Trump still claiming that Mexico is paying for the wall.

I honestly don't know how that level of denial of reality can be dealt with. Even with a Democratic win in November the new paradigm of "alternative facts" will continue.

I can't believe I've come this far in life (through 11 presidents) to have to confront this noxious miasma, -the very opposite of the age of enlightenment.

I guess I'll listen to some Van Morrison. He usually manages to keep me steady on.

We're racing from the age enlightenment and reason to faith. Science and scientists are denigrated. Religious charlatans are out on pedestals.

Goodbye is age of reason. Welcome our Middle Ages. In America anyway.

Here's Paula White, ranting and screaming, our presidents senior faith adviser. Watch her and learn to see what we've become. How embarrassing, for us:

The widespread use of "alternative facts" will continue as long as there are "respectable people" who overlook it. These "respectable people" will respond with outrage if that's pointed out to them.  That should not prevent the use of the best disinfectant, which is sunshine/truth.

A new low for you.  I think it was clear to all involved that what I was saying was that Praeger was grooming young people to sell their souls to your party of White Supremacy.  You brought up the issue of pedophilia and I corrected you in my following posts.

Of course, you probably "misunderstood" those posts as well but, then again, that's what trolls do.

I'd  take the $5000.00 and donate it to the Warren Campaign or perhaps the Democratic candidate running against Moscow Mitch. Also I would leave various books around the house and perhaps copies of the Constitution.

The conditions are probably best described as “deplorable”.

Actually, they find it very useful in pushing their agenda and when posturing their patriotism. Many carry a pocket copy, taking and loudly proclaiming "I, a patriotic American loves my constitution." They cite the 10th for strong states rights and the 2nd for the right to carry weapons.

As for many of the other amendments, crickets.

Such as the 5th, which includes the taking of property. Didn't help the many civil forfeiture victims.

Or the 6th, speedy trial. Tell that to those who languish years in jail before trial. Kalief Browder was held over 3 years without trial. But then he was black. Maybe they assumed the 6th can be disregarded to people of color. Others are held for over a year. Many over six months.

I stumbled across the rally on TV and although I intended to click on, I got hypnotized by the string of outrageous lies that Trump was spouting. Disturbing to see all women behind him laughing as he did his fake news rant with his finger pointing at the media. Was even one of them offended by the mistreatment of the female journalist by Mike Pompeo? Did they care that Trump praised Pompeo in a recent conference and that Trump's new defender, Dershowitz, laughed enthusiastically and slapped Pompeo on the back?

The crowd broke into ecstatic cheers as he talked about the great health care he had given them. Did I miss something? And the wall that he built despite the obstructionist Democrats. Was anyone in the crowd aware that they had the House and Senate for 2 years? Who cared, they knew the words to the song, build that wall, build that wall.

Just to make sure they were in full tilt boogie riot mood, he ranted that the Dems supported late term abortion with graphic detail.

.The garbage strewn outside the convention center was a mirror image of the garbage spewed by the trash collector in chief.

 Excerpt from link above:

"Rally-goers were allowed to bring chairs as they waited in line — some for up to 48 hours before the event — but they weren't allowed to bring them inside the venue [emphasis added].

A better statement would be:  "chairs, blankets etc. were left behind because ticket-holders were prohibited from entering the rally with such items."

============================================

Your post is misleading (those waiting had no choice but to abandon their items in order to lawfully enter the rally). Which begs the question:  why the misleading posting regarding trash generated due to security rules barring items such as chairs and blankets from the Convention Center?

Is it deplorable that security rules often create more garbage and waste (have you ever looked at the trash bins before the TSA checkpoints at Liberty Airport (AKA "EWR")?

The Tea Party folks were big on the 10th Amendment, I am not sure that the people at the Trump rallies are exactly the same people.

heaven for-farking-bid that the rally holder should pay a coupla thousand dollars to clean up the mess.

Do you think the Convention Center powers-that-be did not foresee that the restrictive security policies (namely, no chairs or blankets) would create extra waste/garbage?

Stereotyping one group as being associated with wanton destruction and sloth is an old-time  way of smearing, stereotyping and claiming-they-(the out group)-got-what-they deserve.  Off the top of my head, this was done to the AAs, RCs, Irish, Italians, Filipinos, etc.  Just saying.

Are people allowed to bring their guns to Trump rallies?  You know, just to keep everyone safe by celebrating the 2nd Amendment?
