When they start a new topic - they cut the mic off after 2 minutes - afterwards they stay on.
The mute thing is only available during the initial 2 minute answer. After that it's a free for all.
If Trump keeps up his calm demeanor, he's going to get a much higher grade than that.

This is mostly false. It was Hillary Clinton, then the first lady, who used the word "superpredator" to advocate for the 1994 crime bill that Biden co-wrote more than 30 years ago. Biden did warn of "predators" in a floor speech in support of his bill, however.

Uh, actually each candidate had 2 mins uninterrupted, and then it was like 30 secs or even 10 secs with presumably open mic. But if 30 sec > 2 mins in your math, have at believing what you believe.
