"Hey, Mark, protestors are literally storming the Capitol. Breaking windows on doors. Rushing in. Is Trump going to say something?"
-"We are under siege up here at the Capitol."
-"They have breached the Capitol."
-"There's an armed standoff at the House Chamber door."
-"We are all helpless."
Dozens of texts, including from Trump administration officials, urged immediate action by the President:
-"POTUS has to come out firmly and tell protestors to dissipate. Someone is going to get killed"
-"Mark, he needs to stop this. Now"
-"TELL THEM TO GO HOME"
-"POTUS needs to calm this s*** down."
Indeed, according to the records, multiple Fox News hosts knew the President needed to act immediately. They texted Meadows that:
-"Hey Mark, the president needs to tell people in the Capitol to go home...this is hurting all of us...he is destroying his legacy." Laura Ingraham wrote.
-"Please get him on tv. Destroying everything you have accomplished." Brian Kilmeade wrote.
-"Can he make a statement?...Ask people to leave the Capitol." Sean Hannity urged.
As the violence continued, one of the President's sons texted Meadows:
"He's got to condemn this s*** Asap. The Capitol Police tweet is not enough." Donald Trump, Jr. texted.
Meadows responded: "I'm pushing it hard. I agree."
Still, President Trump did not immediately act.
Donald Trump, Jr. texted again and again, urging action by the President:
"We need an Oval address. He has to lead now. It has gone too far and gotten out of hand."
What's even worse - after the Fox News hosts texted to Meadows, to ask him to get Trump to tell the mob to stop, those same hosts went on to their programs and claimed that the attackers must be Antifa, or maybe a set-up by the Deep State.
If Fox reports the story, they're going to need some serious repentance for lying to their audience.
We just need to keep chipping away at Trump. I don't think he is gaining any supporters and news like this will cause some to have second thoughts. And some people won't lose faith in Trump for any imaginable reason.

I've been glued to C SPAN, and how often do you hear someone say that? The Republican House members have been going on the record with the most insane comments. I don't throw the label cult members around casually but if the label fits.

it’s like we’re living in the twilight zone or something. I feel like moving to another country. I’m afraid of the future here. No kidding

Rep. Jamie Raskin with a great response to Marjorie Taylor Greene's ranting that the Democrats are "Communists" -
Greene: *calls Democrats communists* Raskin: We are not communists as the gentle lady from Georgia suggested, that’s just the friends of the former President who you lionize like the dictator of North Korea and Vladimir Putin..so those are your friends, don’t put them on our side pic.twitter.com/GUftYEkV3b

This is easily explained.
During the attack the news hosts assumed the mob was composed of Trump supporters. Later when they saw the "evidence" of antifa provocateurs they adjusted their reporting.
Trump, a genius bordering on prescience knew if he told them to stop the antifa provocateurs would have done the opposite. They would instead have ramped up their mob. Trump's non-action prevented a bloodbath.
Next you'll be telling me that Dicken's Christmas Carol is a fantasy. You need to sit through the Alastair Sim version and tell me those ghosts were not real.
In the words of Ebenezer Scrooge, "I don't deserve to be so happy!"
Yeah - I think he deserves his own thread. This is one story you probably won't hear on Fox:
