Housemate had to move out unexpectedly, looking for someone (preferably female) to share costs in comfortable, sunny second floor apartment. $950 per month, most utilities included. Private bathroom, only kitchen is shared. Please be responsible (pay rent/bills on time), clean up after yourself, and relatively quiet. Off-street parking space included. Nice neighborhood close to small shops and bus line. Train station about 1 mile away. Landlord does not allow pets and requires background check/proof of income before renting.
