WF757- PT Nanny for 3 (Early Jan Start)

Details:

We have a great return family in Westfield in search of a Part Time Nanny for their three children ages 8, 5, and 1.

Location: Westfield

Start Date: Early Jan 2025

Commitment Time Frame: Long term, multiple years into the future

Schedule:

M: 11-5 (6 hours)

T: 10-6 (8 hours)

W: 7:30-6 (10.5 hours)

Th: 7:30-6 (10.5 hours)

F: off

35 guaranteed hours

flexibility for preplanned additional hours appreciated

The Children:

(almost) 9 year old

- in full day school

- afternoon activities

(almost) 6 year old

- in full day school

- afternoon activities

15 month old

- primary responsibility

Qualifications:

- Warm, loving, and friendly

- Familiar with respectful parenting approach

- Patient and understanding (the toddler will likely have a hard time with the transition as he is very attached to their current nanny)

- Team mentality, strong communication skills

- Enjoys being outside and walking (the family lives near both children's schools and some of their afternoon activities- they often walk to and from instead of driving)

- Mature and consistent

- Willing to travel with the family to Fyre Island for a few weeks in the summer

Requirements/Responsibilities:

•Pets: cat

•Meals: for children

•Laundry: for children (help with household laundry appreciated but not required)

•Light Housekeeping: tidying & organization of common areas and children's spaces

•Driving: required, family car available

Additional details: Mom works from home and has a flexible schedule. They've employed their current nanny for the past 4 years. She is leaving to return to school.

Vaccine Requirements: Yearly Flu Shot Preferred

The family is offering a generous weekly pay based on the guaranteed hours along with paid vacation, holidays, and sick/personal days.
