If it needs updating on a regular basis, you might want to consider hiring someone to reformat the site with Wix or Squarespace or Wordpress, to make it easier for you to do most of the updating.

I think that site just told me to kill the President of Malaysia.
Looking to hire someone to upkeep business website. It is completely designed, up and running for a number of years, but needs new info and updating on a regular basis. Most folks I talk to only want to do complete re-design. I'm not interested in that. What I need is for the new info to match the design and layout of existing site. Any recommendations?
