Verizon/Fios Outage

Anybody else?  Been down since late yesterday during the storm

Cannot get thru to them on the phone 

Fine here.  Check to see if your line is down.  Is your cell working?  If so, try reporting the outage online.

If your cell phone is connected you can download the My Verizon app and try to reach them via the app.

Thanks - reported it that way last night but no updates since other than it’s being worked on…

Thanks, but did all that...

Before the Ring went down (needs WiFi) we were the 35th neighbor to report Verizon problems, so pretty much not just us...

It was acting sketchy since Thursday for me. 

Everything’s back up!!!

I had been resetting the router. Turns out, the box in the basement, also has to be reset (unplugged for a minute).
