Trains Tomorrow

From the NJT Website:

Jan 24, 2016  07:01:19 PMMorris & Essex Line: Gladstone service is suspended until Tuesday, January 26, 2016.

Is this accurate? No trains to Hoboken?

My interpretation is that Maplewood and S.O. are served by both Gladstone and Dover lines to/from NYC Penn, so the Dover line will be running. On time? Probably not.

It might be more on time because the Gladstone line isn't running. Well, at least to pick up. Not sure about arrivals...

no Gladstone trains to Hoboken, and no path trains between newark and jsq (so parking at Harrison not on option). Getting to downtown Manhattan will be a challenge tomorrow.

Can't even get on to the NJ Transit website this morning. Bad gateway. But just got an alert saying cross honoring remains in effect through today.

the dover 540 just stopped at mountain station, on time, so i'm assuming (hoping) the 635 is running.

According to the NJT App, the train no. 6406 - 652am out of SO has been cancelled.

There are still trains out of Summit going to Hoboken which are the Dover line trains and not the Gladstone line. In fact those living in Gladstone will be bused to Summit if they don't get on an alternative stop on the Dover line instead.

Just saw the N Wyoming Jitney go by in So Orange so I guess the jitneys are running. Thank you!

the 6:35 ran, but was 10 minutes late for the Broad St connection, which may have been cancelled anyway. Next train came at 7:17. Hoping to get to Penn by 7:45. How was the 7am train?

Took the 8:05 from South Orange. It was 3 minutes late picking up and we got in to Penn Station at 8:45 instead of 8:38. No different than any other day. It's only 'on time' once or twice a year.
