Trains are a mess this morning 4/29/15
Fairly light traffic going through the Lincoln tunnel on a bus with plenty of seats available. 107X leaves from South Orange train station.
Just got into the office. Not a bad commute at all - 1 hour 45 minutes. LOL

I am so glad I went with my gut when I got the first text alert re: the track work prior to taking the 7:26 and grabbed the 7:08 Hoboken train. Because as soon as the "track work" was done, the disabled train caused the re-routing to Hoboken including that 7:26. I wound up getting to my office at my normal time. For once I made the right choice! ;-)
Yeah I usually take the 8:05 and when I saw that first email, I said - gotta go - trains will be bad.
FYI - Amtrak just resumed Tunnel maintenance - hopefully this afternoon will be better than this morning
Any word on possible impacts to the evening commute? My spouse has a 7:00pm appointment in Florham Park which normally would be no problem at all, but ...
They seem to be done and on time right now - but you never know once you get on that Choo Choo

Trains this morning were single tracked so 30 minute delays. Now disabled train in tunnell. 7:32 being diverted to Hoboken. Ackckckckckck
