Any experience with AAA auto and home insurance?

I'd love to hear anyone's experiences with AAA home and auto insurance.  My auto coverage renewal is coming up and a friend suggested AAA. I called and was quoted a great rate for bundling home and auto.  But, price isn't always the only factor.  Would love to hear if anyone has had positive or negative experiences with AAA insurance?   Much appreciated.

NJ.gov Go to search bar, consumer insurance information.  The companies with the most complaints - Geico, Allstate, State Farm and Progressive.

For some reason, AAA is not listed but you can probably call or email and get information. Maybe they are part of an insurance group.

The company I use, Amica, has no complaints filed against them.

Thank you for the suggestion.

I've had AAA for home and car for a few years (note: I no longer live in NJ). They are cheaper and provide more coverage than most other policies here.  I haven't had to make a claim so can't speak to that, but I used an agent at the local office and he was helpful when I got a new roof--the premium decreased.

You do need to keep up your AAA membership to qualify (I had considered dropping it since my newer car provides roadside service).

Also, if you get a AAA credit card and use it to pay the premium, you'll get a couple hundred back.
