super warm leggings - for hiking, running...

Looking for recommendations for VERY WARM leggings (I am always cold). I cannot afford Lululemon, but would love something like their “Chase the Chill” or “Fast and Free”. (I like a hi wasted legging as well).

I would figure the last thing you would want for hiking or running would be warm anything.

When we are hiking, even in 20 degree weather, we are taking off clothing 5 minutes into the hike.

I’m always cold ..very poor circulation

Title 9 has warm Polartec tights. Layers are good: I also like Columbia trail pants over regular running tights or longjohns. And Zella (Nordstrom brand allegedly founded by ex-Lulu designer) has new joggers that would be warmer than tights and would work alone or could fit over tights. Their Live In pocket leggings are heavier than other tights I've tried but might be too breezy on very cold days.
