Oh I noticed these peas are from Guatemala. That makes sense, because it seemed early for peas here. In any case, I love them so much. I made a casserole of the peas, leeks, and hot sausage.
I'm eating them raw. I love them so much.
Here is a recipe for pickled sugar snap peas. I'm thinking of trying it.
