Who is writing T****'s speeches?

Just curious - I know Donny isn't.  I'm banking that Stephen Miller is one of the top speech writers.  

I often wonder if T****  just a Miller puppet - this guy is using Donny for his own agenda.  He couldn't have done it on his own.

Stephen Miller was definitely one of his main writers previously. I don't know about now.

Stephen Miller is more dangerous than any of the others in trump’s team. He’s got the mentality of a Nazi. Seriously.
