I'm thinking about buying one of the Microsoft Surface Book laptops and wondering about service options, if it should be needed. I gather that there are some Microsoft service plans out there as well as third-party plans such as through Square Trade. Also, do the Microsoft stores in the malls have something similar to Apple's Genius Bar for tech support?
Any experience and/or advice welcome!
