Seeking recommendations for all-in-one printer

For small business. Usually scan/copy about 10 pages at a time. Computer is a Mac. I've been using Brother MFC. Multipage scanning always came out skewed, leaving a careless and sloppy image of business. Could never resolve this. Looking for quality, speed, and not having to keep replacing ink. Thanks in advance!


Not what you asked for, but we gave up on all-in-one printers, as they perform each task mediocrely at best. We got a Fujitsu IX500 scanner, and it is fantastic. It's expensive, though! Also, it has no flat bed. It has only a sheet feeder. It holds the object straight, and it is lightning fast. I have it configured to upload to Dropbox, which it does immediately. You might look at it as an investment in your business. It will probably last a long time. AIOs tend not to last, as they are designed for price above everything else. We also use a laser printer rather than an ink jet printer.



I've been very pleased with my HP Officejet Pro 8620 all in one printer/fax/scanner. I've owned a version of this for at least the last 12 years. Each one has lasted about 5 years -- with heavy use. The latest version qualifies you for HP Instant Ink: you choose how many pages you will print in a month and they charge you monthly. When your ink is running low, they automatically send you the ink cartridges, so you don't have to go out to buy it at the last minute. https://instantink.hpconnected.com/us/en/r

The yearly cost for the copies is far less than what I would spend buying 2 sets of ink cartridges in the store (Staples).

I have an HP Color Laser Jet Pro all in one and am very happy with it. Love that it scans from top feed. I've scanned 50 page docs w/out jamming or pages skipped.

I buy my cartridges online and have not had an issue with non-HP products.

My computer is a Mac.
