An apparatchick "Manafort associate" and lobbyist for the Ukraine bought tickets to the inauguration as a straw man for oligarch Konstantin Kolimnik, (another associate of Manafort) for $50,000, lied to the Senate Intelligence Committee and never registered as an agent of a foreign government. There's also some question about whether some senators knew, and/or made their own connections with oligarchs, financially. Another colluder bites the dust, while his testimony adds another piece to the puzzle.
