Recommendation, please, for a good divorce lawyer for a friend

No, it's not me; it's a friend, and she is in Germany.  She wants to divorce her husband who lives in New Jersey, and she got married in New Jersey.  I am assuming that she can't divorce him in Germany.

Maybe she should go to the American embassy or consulate in the town where she lives in Germany and find out. I’m sure they will guide her to a lawyer in the states. I’m sure they have had similar cases before, they might have a list of lawyers to share with her.

Thank you.  I will let her know, but she is a nomad, and she used to live in the States, lived in Chile, and now she lives in Argentina, far from Buenos Aires.
