Wee wee pads?
My dog (who was house trained before I got her) wouldn't have anything to do with wee wee pads when I tried it during the recent blizzard. I suppose I should be glad that she won't consider going inside ...

What are some good ways of taking care of Fido when he has to do his business in this weather? I have a coat for him, any other innovative ideas?
What kind of dog? Some breeds don't mind the cold.
Walk him with his head up (short leash) don't let him sniff every frozen blade of grass--get to a spot that you think is appropriate, let him sniff and go, then walk home with his head up again. In this cold, he won't take too long.
