If you are sailing on Gem (Sat), here's a coupon http://www.nycruise.com/manhattan-terminal/parking/. There have been no such coupons for Breakaway (Sun) yet.
This place is used by many cruisers and is about 1/2 the price of official cruise parking. It involves taking a shuttle but many on our last cruise says it was very efficient and easy.

Booked a trip on NCL in Manhattan and looking for some ideas where to park near the pier.The daily rate on the pier is $40.00 a day plus taxes.Would car service be any cheaper or somewhere near the pier.
