Mid-sized black and white Dog w/ red collar on Harding headed toward Tillou (4-5-15 at 6:20pm)

MOLers,

A mid-sized black/white dog just ran through our backyard on Harding and had a red collar. We tried to get him/her but were unsuccessful. The dog is headed towards Tillou (south on Harding).
