My story would take up entire memory of Maplewood online so i need to talk to be able to talk to someone.

I don't know one...but realize, malpractice a deviation from the standard of care. Even before you find a lawyer, make sure you have another doctor who will testify that the 1st one deviated. From what I understand, that must be available quickly (maybe within 90 days) of filing a claim of malpractice.

I've had numerous issues where malpractice is the standard of care, therefore, I have no legal claim against the doctors...going to 4 docs and getting the same ignorance and attitude from all of them. In one case, I didn't get a diagnosis until the 4th doc put the x ray up in front of me and I diagnosed myself. With another issue, I would be in a nursing home right now if a friend hadn't suggested a very simple treatment..even after being to numerous docs that completely missed it.

If you find a reputable lawyer, they should be able to determine if there is any basis for even initiating a lawsuit.
