Jeopardy Hosts

Forget Dr Oz I used to respect him but these past few years he sounds QUACKY on some medical subjects.....his political positions are wayyyy too decisive to be fully acceptable by all.....

Aaron Rodgers was Great...Levar Burton was GREAT !!!...BOTH a breadth of fresh air!

drummerboy - Did you ever watch The Big Bang Theory? If you did, I think your perspective on Bialik would be different.

Yes I have - practically every episode - and it doesn't change my perspective at all. Why would it?

What do you think my perspective is anyway?

I cannot figure out how to embed a Tweet, but here's the best I can do:

Dictionary.com@Dictionarycom·7h"Jeopardy" is a noun meaning "peril or danger." Here it is in a sentence: "My job is in jeopardy because of my past comments."

Yes, I know. But she sounds awfully sympathetic.

More evidence that academics don’t necessarily make you smarter. She’s out.

How did Sony screw this up so badly?

Looks like Mike Richards taped one week before stepping down - returns on Monday:

Afterwards there will be more guest hosts.

so - Mayim and Jennings will be sharing the hosting duties for the rest of the year:

Son number two, who qualified to be in the Jeopardy contestant pool only to have Covid hit, tells me that the serious folks in Jeopardy community were overwhelmingly in support of David Faber getting the job.  He was head and shoulders above everyone else.

Ok, so what happened tonight was a head-scratcher. NO WAY did Matt not know the answer to that softball Final Jeopardy.

yeah - it almost felt like he lost on purpose.  I thought he was going to be unbeatable.  Good run!  But I was getting a bit tired of him as well.

I'm no fan of the superstar, endless winners, and was rooting for his defeat, but that was truly one of those Jeopardy clues that suggested its own answer.  Alps, Danube, divided into sectors by allies post-war.   Poland strikes out on all 3.

His Final Jeopardy bet of 5000, which should have been all in, also indicates that maybe he was just done.

Ok, Jennings is growing on me.

Amy is pretty unbeatable.  Tonight - going into final jeopardy she had 46,400 and next person 3,000 third person was negative.

Ended up with $71,460

Still not close to Holzhauer's top which was $131,127.  She's a bit more conservative with the daily doubles.
