I am NOT a realtor, please dont contact me re this listing ( I can refer you to my realtor who was ready to bid on my behalf) etc but think this is a great oppty for a Hilton area teacher to get in a home below market value and am posting simply to increase awareness. It does require some fixing up - but at 50% discount for a 55K home (listing price) its a good oppty for those who serve us well.
