With the ground saturated and the heavy rains from Tuesday still running off, the NWS has posted a Flash Flood Watch for tonight and tomorrow morning (Thursday night into Friday). Tonight's rain could be from 3/4 to 2 inches, enough to cause low-level pooling and run some creeks over their banks.
