FIOS Bundle Customers - check your January bill carefully for overcharge "system glitch"

I was overcharged $35 for our TV/Internet/Phone bundle package.  The discount "fell off" my bundle price due to a computer "glitch"  and I was told it happened to a lot of other customers. 

The loss in productivity due to their reps having to spend 30+ minutes on the phone and ME having to spend that time to get them to fix their error is mind boggling.  My time is worth more than the over charge, but I refuse to take that every single month.  The cynical side of my nature suspects that Verizon counts on people valuing their time more than the $35 correction is worth.  


More likely they are counting folks, esp w/ auto-pat accts, not noticing.


Is this the bill covering January or whichever bill has payment due in January?  I'm on auto-pay and don't really pay as much attention as I should, so I'm just wondering which bill(s) I should look at now.


Looks like mine was the same as it's been the last several months.  We're on Autopay so I doubt there's anything nefarious happening.
