DMV Springfield, in and out in 20 minutes!
I recently went at 4 pm mid month to renew a license and was out in under 10 minutes.
Went today for full driver's license renewal and photo, got there at 10:40 out by 11:10, they have really stepped it up! Didn't even get to open the book I brought.
Went on a Friday at 4, in slightly bad weather, and there was no one there.
