Saw it last night. Loved it. Haven't seen a review of it though. I know that they hope it makes it to Broadway.

My neighbor behind us (who I like a lot more than my neighbor across the street!) saw it and she said it was good. Said Harry Connick is great.
Saw him in “On a Clear Day...” on Broadway. Has nothing to do with this question, but he was amazingly handsome in person.
I ❤️ Harry, thought the show was a lot of fun and would be happy to sit all night listening to him play the piano and sing. I understand most remaining shows are sold out, but I recommend seeing it if you can.
Yup. Sold out. It was such a pleasure every time he just sat down at the piano and starting playing and singing. It made me think that the show was written specifically for him.

Indeed, a pretty decent musical adaptation of "The Sting" which periodically gets derailed for a Harry Connick Jr concert.
I needed more of the original story and less of him.

Oy. Sounds like a solution without a problem.
5 out of 6 people I know who saw it enjoyed it. A couple thought it was fantastic.
I'm the only one who didn't enjoy it much at all.
I saw it, too. Actually, I have never seen the movie, so it was a little confusing with all the levels of cons being played. I enjoyed many of the performances and dancing (although the men carrying the women on chairs while dancing didn't seem to have much rhyme or reason). The show as a whole didn't really move me, but the person I went with loved it. I think familiarity with the movie will make it more likely that one enjoys the play. I thought the Luther (played by Kevyn Morrow) and Johnny Hooker (J. Harrison Ghee) were exceptionally good.
