We used McHugh of McHugh & Macri many years ago for a life estate and he did a great job, even our accountant commented on the taxes he saved us. But more recently we used him for a real estate issue (he told us he was also a real estate lawyer) and we ended up needing to change lawyers, it was a disaster. I don't know if he is just that rusty in real estate, or if his skills in general have declined. It breaks my heart to have to write this since as I already stated above, McHugh did a real bang up job for us on the life estate. I don't have any experience with his partner Macri though, so I can't comment on if he is worth seeing or not.
