From one of my older posts, don't know if they build screens....
I Googled for a place to take the screen to and found Tri-County Screen repair, who would come out to your house and fix the screen right then and there. Tri-County came out exactly when they said they would, saw the Anderson screen door and stated right away that it wasn't possible to put in a pet resistant screen due to the thickness of the screen. The price for the pet resistant screen was $80 and John re-quoted the job and dropped the price to $50 for the regular screen install. Twenty minutes later, I had my new screen. I recommend Tri-County (http://www.tricountyscreenrepair.com/) if you need any of your screens repaired or a new one built for you.

piggybacking on this thread, I am interested in getting a screen door installed at our entry — full glass doors are very heavy to open and exchanging the glass to screen would be a bummer to deal with.
Any recommendations?

What about Buncher’s Hardware in Millburn?
To rebuild a 14 by 30 inch wooden window screen (original to a 1929 house, parts missing), Buncher's charged $45.
@rch2330 --I'm pretty sure that's who I was thinking of. Thanks everyone!

He came once, but I can't find his contact info and I can't remember his name....
