Any body watching Waco?

It's hard to watch but I'm liking John Leguizamo and the interagency issues.  Still a big problem...

Ron Carter

It's interesting so far.  First few episodes vilify ATF but the teaser for next few seem to turn it back on Koresh...

I'm enjoying it - find it interesting - I just finished reading Gary Noenner's book which the show is partly based on. Interesting insight into the senior brass not knowing how to accept the negotiator role in these situations and just wanting to send in HRT.

held off commenting because I hadn't finished it yet. I thought this was really good. The acting was great especially the guy playing Koresch. If even half of this was true, what a horrible thing done to these people. I had forgotten how it all ended and that all the children died. So sad. I'm interested in watching the documentary part now.

My memory is that Koresch had frequent friendly contact with the local cops. They figured he would have been willing to come in for a discussion but the ATF was more interested in a showdown.

I fully agree on the acting and the real story behind the piece.

pretty sure federal law enforcement needed this right now like a hole in the head!

I want to watch.  glad to hear the reviews ---

FYI, look for SOMa resident Stephanie Kurtzuba as Gary Noesner's wife...

I would have liked a few more pre-episodes. I would have liked to experience life inside my Carmel a bit more and earlier- how Koresh grew to have such a hold on these people.
