Very sad, although he cheated death twice before. In the early 60's he had a head on motorcycle accident and in 1980 a cerebral hemorrhage. So 74 is maybe not bad. RIP.
Is this a record year for such news? Or is it just that we're more attuned?
I'm shocked to hear about both - partly because I hadn't thought about their ages. Some people just seem ageless.
