I am going in 2 days a week and train is not crowded. yes there is a new vendor park mobile it is 5 dollars a day. The fee for the permit parking goes half price july 1 so that is when I will get the permit.
Thanks for your help and the info about the train & parking. I did a drive-by today to check out the payment system. Like you, I will get the permit at the beginning of July.
