Connect to Wellness

Connect to Wellness is an outdoor family wellness festival hosted by FAMILYConnections in honor of National Recovery Month - a time to remind Americans that people can recover from mental illness and substance use disorders. The agency has been providing effective treatment for decades and understands the importance of sharing this positive message while giving families a chance to participate in activities the will help them live strong, healthy and happy lives. Activities will include yoga, meditation, zumba, kids activities and much more - all in a beautiful park setting early fall. The event will be at the Clipper Pavilion in South Mountain Reservation.
