'Black History Month Writing & Collage Workshop'

Youth and teens are invited to join us and create a beautiful piece of art that includes a written piece about an important figure in Black History that will be incorporated into a colorful collage. The workshop is part of the 'GET IT WRITE! Teen Writing Club' session. All participants are welcome. Simply register by emailing Getitwriteprogram@comcast.net. The session will be run by Sonya Kimble-Ellis, a local writer, editor, and children's book author. Get It Write! is a program of Daiscan, Inc., a non-profit arts organization. The event will take place in the Maplewood Library (Memorial Hall), 51 Baker Street, Maplewood.
